The supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows® 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP Home and XP Pro plus Apple® Operating System 10 (OS X) or newer. Older Apple® Operating Systems will also work but there may be some minor errors in the self contained programs (JavaScripts®), HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and, Dynamic HyperText Markup Language (DHTML) commands as noted below.

Our primary recommendation is that you use PC Version 6.0 or newer of Microsoft Internet Explorer® although Versions 5 and 5.5 will also work. Versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer® older than 5 unfortunately do not support the use of the latest Internet technologies (such as Dynamic Layers, JavaScripts® and Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). The Apple® Version 6 of Microsoft Internet Explorer® is also recommended as are the newer copies of Apple® Safari®. By using the recommended browser versions, you will view the web site properly and as it was designed. We have noted the following problems with the older versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer ® on Apple® computers.

- The picture captions, "Alt text" may not work.

- The "Top of the Page" command may not work.

Our second recommendation is that you use the latest versions of Netscape Navigator®, Mozilla® or Firefox®. Just as above, older versions of Netscape Navigator® do not support the use of the latest Internet technologies (such as Dynamic Layers, JavaScript1.2 and, Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). By using the latest versions, you will view the web site properly and as it was designed.

The minimum resolution our web site was designed for is an area of 800 x 600 pixels but it is optimized for an area of 1024 x 768 pixels with the text size set to "Medium".
